Mental First Aid Workshop - Manildra

Presented by RAMHP (Rural Adversity Mental Health Program), this 'Mental First Aid' 2-day educational course is open to anyone who wants to learn the signs of common and disabling mental health problems in adults.
You will also learn how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been research to be effective, and how to provide mental first aid in a crisis situation.
