Free Food Safety Training

Cabonne Council is providing free online food safety training via the "I'M ALERT Food Safety" Program. Council has made this training available to anyone that would like to undertake this training at no cost.

To undertake this training simply click the link "I'M ALERT Food Safety" to start.

This online training is highly recommended for charity groups, schools, canteens, not for profit groups, those new to food handling and anyone requiring a refresher course in working in a food for sale environment.  The course is interactive and will take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.

This online training does not replace the need for a food business to have a fully trained Food Safety Supervisor.
